Job Description

Responsibilities Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities. Utilize cold calling, networking, and online resources to reach out to prospects. Client Interaction: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, discussing their needs and how your products/services can fulfill them. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to demonstrate how your product or service meets their needs. Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and understanding between the company and the client. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. CRM Management: Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, analyzing sales patterns and market trends. Collaboration: Work with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and improve product offerings.
