Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Lighting Consultant Location: Bangalore, India Industry: Lighting & Decor Experience: Minimum 1–3 years (preferred in lighting/architectural/interior products) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive – Lighting Consultant for our Bangalore operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in lighting and decor, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality in modern spaces. Key Responsibilities: Visit various client locations, including homes, offices, retail spaces, and showrooms to understand lighting needs and recommend suitable solutions. Make 70–80 calls per day to potential clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors to generate leads and fix appointments. Conduct on-site lighting consultations, present product catalogs, and explain the features and benefits of lighting products. Understand project requirements and provide tailored lighting solutions that match the space's design and ambiance. Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, installation, and after-sales service. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and project progress. Key Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in lighting, interior decor, or similar sales roles. Strong knowledge of lighting products, fixtures, and modern design trends is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel across Bangalore for client visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi) preferred. Compensation:Competitive salary + Incentives based on performance.
