About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team in the Channel Partner (CP) Sales function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling channel partners, driving sales through CP networks, and achieving revenue targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
Drive end-to-end CP sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities with channel partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely project updates.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and CP performance.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and sales documentation.

Key Requirements

38 years of experience in real estate CP sales.
Strong network of channel partners in the local market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
