Role Overview

We are seeking a well-groomed, articulate, and customer-focused Sales Executive who understands luxury retail and has a deep appreciation for Indian craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide personalized styling and product guidance
• Communicate the brand story, craftsmanship details, and design philosophy effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
• Handle billing, order processing, and coordination for bespoke or made-to-measure orders
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store aesthetics
• Manage client follow-ups, alterations, and after-sales service
• Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation
• Support store events, trunk shows, and private client appointments

Desired Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury fashion, couture, or premium retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes, and styling
• Polished appearance with a professional and refined demeanor
• Sales-driven mindset with a strong sense of customer service
• Ability to handle UHNI / HNI clientele with discretion and confidence
• Comfortable working weekends and during high-traffic hours
