Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in business development.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.Pitch products/services effectively over the phone to prospective clients.Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions to drive sales.Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and close sales.Update CRM/database regularly with customer details and interaction history.Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support.Participate in sales training, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to improve performance.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.Good interpersonal skills with a convincing attitude.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
