Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated MBA Marketing fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will support sales activities, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and market research to help achieve business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities
• Conduct product/service presentations to clients
• Support negotiations and closing of sales deals
• Maintain customer databases and sales reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, promotions)
• Help in creating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, content)
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing (Fresher or recent graduate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Internship or project experience in sales/marketing
• Basic CRM knowledge
