Job Description

The Sales Representative for Washing Machine OEM Sales is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the washing machine industry. The primary focus of the role is to drive sales growth, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service to OEM clients. This role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets through strategic planning and market analysis. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target potential OEM clients in the washing machine industry. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in OEM companies. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to expand market share. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to OEM clients. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close deals. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Act as the main point of contact for OEM clients throughout the sales process and after-sales support. Foster long-term relationships with OEM clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys washing machine products, features, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in washing machines to better serve OEM clients. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client needs and market trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances or OEM sector. Strong understanding of the washing machine market and OEM business models. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
