Sales Executive for Electromagnetic Compatibility Chambers

JV Micronics specializes in the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of advanced RF and antenna testing solutions. Our offerings include microwave anechoic chambers, RF absorbers, EMC shielded chambers, RF-to-optical fiber converters, CATR (Compact Antenna Test Ranges), NFTR (Near Field Test Ranges), antenna measurement software, and antenna positioners. We also operate an in-house test facility for rental purposes and have a dedicated manufacturing facility for chaff clouds. Additionally, we provide refurbishment services for antenna test ranges and operations, as well as maintenance of turnkey antenna test facilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive specializing in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Chambers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, providing technical sales support, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development
• Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) chambers and RF testing solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and provide solutions to customers
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in the electronics or telecommunications industry is a plus
