Coordinate shop drawings preparation by PRD and approval from the customer. Coordinate revised estimate preparation by FAD and approval the rom customer. Pursue payments as per the order confirmation details in coordination with MSD. Coordinate installation works with ISD and communicates site status to customers. Schedule QC check and handover in coordination with ISD and MSD. Seek Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback from customers. Payment Collection. Training own team members and delegation of own tasks to ensure successorship and individual (if, required), Adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Required Skill Sets: Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software, Must have knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD drawings and plans, Must be analytical and good in mathematics.
