As a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence in Indore. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and exploring new opportunities in the FMCG sector. To excel in this role, you must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license to facilitate your mobility for client visits and business meetings. Your success will heavily rely on your exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals. Ideally, you should have a background of 6 months to 1 year in FMCG sales or field sales. However, we welcome freshers with enthusiasm, high energy, and a willingness to learn. A basic understanding of FMCG sales channels will be an added advantage. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth and permanency. In addition to a competitive salary, you will be entitled to target incentives, petrol allowance, and performance bonuses.
