Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer accounts, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include visiting client locations, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the role involves keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and product expertise
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry, is a plus
