1. Channel Partner Activation & Management o Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive lead generation and property sales. o Identify new channel partners and onboard them effectively. o Coordinate with partners on property information, inventory, and sales processes. 2. Lead Calling & Customer Engagement o Contact potential leads through phone calls, emails, and messages to introduce them to our properties. o Engage with leads to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budgets. 3. Customer Follow-up o Follow up with prospective buyers regularly to keep them engaged and address any queries. o Provide timely updates on property availability, pricing, and promotional offers. 4. Site Visits o Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers. o Conduct property tours and highlight features that align with the customers requirements. 5. Sales Coordination o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and sales processes. o Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
