Sales Executive (Female)

You will be a part of TASC, a leading business learning institute dedicated to empowering business owners and entrepreneurs through professional training and expert-led programs. Your role as a Sales Executive will involve promoting business programs, converting leads into clients, and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell TASC's business training programs and services to potential clients. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins effectively. - Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and close sales efficiently. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Represent TASC professionally at seminars/events to generate leads. - Keep accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven sales experience, preferably in education/training or service industries. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is advantageous. - Fluency in English and regional language(s). Preferred: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Knowledge or interest in business training or entrepreneurship.
