Sales Executive (Female)

As a Sales Executive at Bharat Special Steels Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in handling client interactions, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers. Your focus will be on service, coordination, and effective communication without any involvement in fieldwork or sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive product-related information. - Prepare accurate sales quotations and ensure timely follow-ups. - Collaborate with internal departments to meet client requirements efficiently. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. - Assist the senior sales team with daily tasks and reporting activities. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream. - 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or coordination roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and Email. - Demonstrated capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized. The company offers a full-time office-based position with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The salary ranges from 15,000 to 28,000 based on your experience and performance during the interview. Importantly, this role does not involve target-based sales, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional service to customers.
