Sales Executive (Female)

You are a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting TASC's business programs and converting potential leads into students or clients. Your role demands strong communication skills, a consultative approach to sales, and a deep understanding of customer needs. - Promote and sell TASC's business training programs and services to potential clients. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins. - Follow up with leads, schedule meetings or consultations, and close sales effectively. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Attend seminars/events and represent TASC professionally to generate leads. - Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on business goals. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in education/training or service industries. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage. - Fluency in English and regional language(s).
