Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling to Potential Clients:

Make outbound cold calls to government agencies, construction companies, and other relevant organizations involved in infrastructure projects, especially dams.

Introduce Globe View Technology’s drone surveying services and explain how they can benefit large-scale projects.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of drone technology in dam surveying (such as cost-efficiency, accuracy, and safety).

  • Client Lead Generation:

Generate new leads and identify potential clients by researching and targeting organizations that may benefit from drone surveying services.

Qualify leads based on their interest and need for surveying technology.

  • Client Engagement:

Nurture leads and engage with prospects by discussing how drone surveying can improve their current or future projects.

Build and maintain a professional rapport over the phone with decision-makers in the government and construction sectors.

  • Setting Appointments:

Schedule follow-up meetings or calls for more in-depth discussions or product demos with the sales team.

Ensure that each qualified lead is properly followed up for potential sales conversion.

  • CRM Management:

Log all interactions with clients in the company’s CRM system to track the progress of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.

Keep an accurate record of client feedback, needs, and opportunities to ensure effective follow-up.

  • Meeting Sales Targets:

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales-related targets (e.g., number of leads generated, appointments set, etc.).

Focus on converting cold calls into meaningful conversations and tangible business opportunities.

  • Sales Reporting:

Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on performance, including call statistics, client responses, and progress toward targets.

Contribute insights from client conversations to help improve outreach strategies and sales techniques.

Educational Qualifications: 12th / Graduation.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate pricing and terms effectively with clients.
  • Persuasion and Closing Skills: Strong persuasion techniques and a high closing rate.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
