Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven female Telecaller to generate leads and support our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Explain products/services and address customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and demos for senior sales executives.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office or CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good command of Hindi and English (both spoken and written).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
