Job Description

1.Technical Support for Sales Team: o Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Sales Managers to provide technical expertise and support for all aspects of project design. o Assist in creating feasible security solutions tailored to customer needs. 2. Customer Engagement: o Meet with customers to understand their challenges, needs, and requirements. o Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives to propose effective solutions. 3. Design Development: o Create initial design concepts based on tender documents and project requirements. o Develop detailed system designs, including schematics, layouts, and configurations. 4. Documentation and Specifications: o Prepare and produce detailed project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. o Generate accurate and competitive quotations for proposed solutions. 5. Problem-Solving: o Address and resolve complex project challenges by developing innovative and practical solutions. o Ensure designs comply with industry standards and project-specific requirements. 6. Equipment Research: o Identify and research equipment and components that align with project specifications and requirements. o Stay updated on new technologies and products in the security systems industry. 7. Technical Presentations: o Explain detailed technical aspects and proposed solutions to customers and partners in a clear and effective manner. o Provide technical demonstrations and training as required. 8. Proposal Generation: o Take responsibility for creating comprehensive proposals and quotations. o Present and articulate proposals to customers in a persuasive and professional manner. 9. Customer Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain trustful, long-term relationships with customers. o Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and design-related concerns. 10. Collaboration: o Work closely with Sales Engineers and Sales Managers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. o Provide timely and accurate information to address customer inquiries and design challenges.
