Sales Executive Online Courses (Hinduism & Spiritual Studies)

Position Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Handle

    50–60 inbound leads per day

     through phone, email, and chat.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their

    spiritual and educational interests

     and recommend the most suitable courses.
  • Systematically follow up with leads to

    maximize conversions and meet monthly enrollment targets

    .

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Conduct

    engaging course presentations

    , explaining the significance of Hindu studies, Vedic wisdom, and their practical benefits.
  • Address common objections related to course fees, duration, and career impact in a

    persuasive yet empathetic manner

    .
  • Use a

    consultative selling approach

     to guide students toward the right course selection.

Pipeline & CRM Management:

  • Maintain and update lead interactions in the

    CRM system

     (HubSpot).
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment progress towards

    achieving 80–100 closures per month

    .
  • Prioritize high-potential leads to ensure

    efficient and effective conversions

    .

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with

    admissions, marketing, and student support teams

     to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide insights on

    lead quality, common objections, and course feedback

     to help refine marketing strategies and program offerings.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about

    spiritual education trends, competitor offerings, and emerging industry developments

    .
  • Recommend changes in

    sales approaches and messaging

     to keep the courses

    competitive and relevant

    .

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Daily Lead Engagement:

     Engaging with

    50–60 leads/day

  • Monthly Enrollments:

     Achieving

    80–100 enrollments per month

    .
  • Conversion Rate:

     Meeting or exceeding sales benchmarks.
  • Lead Response Time:

     Ensuring a

    quick turnaround

     for inquiries.
