Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive team performance during the afternoon shift. This role demands strong leadership in SEO, reporting, social media marketing, and outreach, alongside a proven ability to manage client expectations and mentor a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Client & Project Management Act as the primary liaison for international clients during your shift window. Understand client goals and deliver digital strategies tailored to their objectives. Lead regular update calls, manage client expectations, and ensure client satisfaction. Digital Strategy & Execution Own and lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and off-page), keyword planning, content guidance, and optimization efforts. Plan and oversee social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Coordinate outreach and link-building campaigns to improve search visibility and domain authority. Create and implement result-driven digital campaigns across channels. Reporting & Analytics Build detailed and insightful campaign performance reports using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Track and report key KPIs, conversions, and user behavior. Translate analytics into actionable recommendations and continuous campaign improvement. Team Management Supervise and support a cross-functional team (SEO specialists, content writers, outreach executives, social media managers). Review team outputs and provide mentorship, quality control, and skill development. Ensure timely project execution and task alignment across departments. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on: SEO (Technical & Content-driven) Social Media Strategy & Execution Campaign Analytics & Reporting Outreach and Link Building Excellent client communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage and lead digital teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Preferred: Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe). Strong understanding of WordPress or similar CMS for SEO implementation. Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO or Analytics tools.
