Job Description

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s a plus).
Several years (often 36+) experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fastpaced / highgrowth environment.
Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Experience with SEO & content marketing strategies; handson experience optimizing websites for search.
Solid understanding of analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, other BI tools).
Strong data orientation, with experience running experiments/tests and optimizing performance.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to craft compelling messages and briefs.
Comfortable managing budgets and expectations; good decisionmaking.
Familiar with marketing automation tools, email platforms, CRM systems.
