Job Opportunity: Sales Executive – Aspire Project, Lucknow

At Aspire Homes, we don’t just sell apartments – we help people find the place they’ll call home, invest in, and trust for years to come. We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive who knows the pulse of Lucknow’s real estate market, especially Gomti Nagar and Extension. If you have the skills to turn a “no” into a confident “yes,” this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Be the face of Aspire at site visits, guiding families, professionals, and investors through their decision-making journey. Build meaningful connections with end-users, mid-income buyers, NRIs, and investors – understanding what they need and showing them how Aspire fulfills it. Conduct field sales, from site presentations to local networking, ensuring customers see the value first-hand. Use our CRM portal to track leads, update customer interactions, and stay organized. Achieve 3–4 closures every month through consistent follow-ups and persuasive conversations. Represent Aspire’s values of trust, transparency, and customer-first service in every interaction.

What We Expect From You

1–3 years of real estate sales experience (apartments preferred).

Strong knowledge of Lucknow’s market, especially Gomti Nagar & Extension.

Excellent persuasive skills – the ability to turn doubts into decisions.

Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM tools.

Own vehicle for field visits is a must.

A natural networker with great communication and presentation skills.

Someone who thrives in a team and reports seamlessly to the Sales Manager.
