Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive focusing on Doosan Bobcat products, based in the Kolkata Area with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, engaging and building relationships with clients, and creating effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and growing customer relationships, conducting market analysis, and representing the company at trade shows and client meetings. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through post-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management, sales strategy formulation, and contract negotiation
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential opportunities within the construction and material handling sectors
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
  • Knowledge of equipment sales, product portfolio (e.g., Backhoe Loaders, Grader, Excavators, etc), and industry-specific trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets within relevant industries
  • Self-driven with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
