Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager- OTR JK Tyres at Shree Balaji Equipments Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for OTR JK Tyres. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, and coordinating with the sales team. The Sales Manager will also generate sales reports, handle client negotiations, and provide after-sales support. This is a hybrid role located in the Greater Kolkata Area, permitting some work from home. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, specifically in OTR tyres Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in creating sales reports and managing sales data Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Familiarity with the West Bengal Area's market and client base Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the automotive or equipment industry is a plus Show more Show less
