Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warranty Technical Coordinator based in Rajarhat. The Warranty Technical Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer service inquiries, and overseeing warranty claims. Daily tasks include analyzing technical issues, coordinating with customers and manufacturers, managing project timelines, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective warranty management.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Technical Support and Project Management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the equipment distribution industry is an advantage
