Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role demands strong communication skills, customer-centric attitude, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Deliver product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers Maintain and expand customer database within your assigned territory Handle client queries, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution Prepare and present proposals and negotiate deals Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance the sales process Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Fluent in English and local language(s) Willingness to travel locally for client meetings Preferred Qualities: Self-motivated and target-driven Customer-first approach High negotiation and convincing skills Problem-solving mindset Salary & Benefits: Attractive Incentives & Commission Travel allowance / Mobile reimbursement Performance-based growth opportunities Training and development programs
