We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help us scale further. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various online and offline channels. Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships. Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project execution. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Track sales activities, prepare reports, and meet monthly targets. Support in executing marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies. Attend industry events, networking meetups, and webinars to build connections. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, SMM, PPC, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
