As an Inside Sales Executive, your mission is to engage with prospective clients, communicate the value of our services, and ensure exceptional client relationships — from initial contact through to resolution of concerns.
Sell our interior design solutions with credibility and confidence
Present and articulate our services to clients in a compelling and professional manner
Develop business proposals and contract documents to maximize revenue opportunities
Collaborate effectively across functions to ensure client satisfaction and project success
Promptly follow up on all leads and maintain accurate sales data for management
Identify and analyze new business opportunities in the market, keeping abreast of consumption trends and competitor offerings
Proactively build enduring client relationships and manage queries or complaints with care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal aptitude, with a friendly yet professional demeanor
Comfortable taking on challenges and driven to achieve targets
Insightful about human behavior and client needs — able to listen, understand, and respond
Experience (1+ years) in a sales role, preferably in interiors or home-design, will be a strong advantageRole & responsibilities
