Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, understand digital marketing services, and be capable of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategy and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients across industries for digital marketing, branding, and creative services.
• Conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to understand requirements and pitch relevant service plans.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Maintain and track lead pipelines, CRM updates, and follow-up reports.
• Handle negotiation and deal closure in coordination with the management team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and relationship management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing / advertising agency sales (B2B preferred).
• Strong understanding of services like social media marketing, branding, ads, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bengali, English, and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.
