Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for identifying opportunities to cross-sell the services to existing customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. Focused on increasing revenue by recommending upgrade options, higher-value plans, or additional premium features to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer profiles and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain updated product knowledge to provide proper suggestions.
  • Track conversions and maintain sales reports.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly cross-sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding, operations, and support teams for smooth closures.

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
  • Good communication and customer handling abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of sales tools/CRM preferred.

NOTE :- Candidates who come for the walk-in and get selected will be provided transport charges and snacks will also be provided.
