Job Description

LeadNexus LLP is a branding, creative, and marketing agency working with startups, D2C brands, and growing businesses. We specialize in brand identity, packaging,campaign shoots, influencer marketing, websites (WordPress & Shopify), content production, social media marketing, and paid media campaigns. We are expanding our in-house team to support our growing client base and sales operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can drive new business, pitch our services confidently, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding, digital marketing, website design, campaign shoots, and content services
  • Pitch creative and marketing solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant services
  • Prepare proposals, pricing decks, and campaign pitch presentations
  • Coordinate with internal creative, design, and marketing teams
  • Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain client communication during onboarding
  • Meet monthly sales targets and growth goals

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (agency or marketing services preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of branding, digital marketing, websites, and creative services
  • Confidence in pitching and presenting proposals
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Must be based in Pune and willing to work from office (Hadapsar)
