Job Title: Sales Executive - Corporate Interior Fitout Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the corporate interior fitout industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of interior fitout solutions. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: 1. Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector for interior fitout projects. 2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. 3. Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building. 4. Client Relationship Management: 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 6. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions. 7. Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client needs and identify upsell opportunities. Product Knowledge: 1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. 2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our interior fitout products and services. 3. Educate clients on the benefits and features of our solutions. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: 1. Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to client requirements. 2. Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring favorable agreements for both parties. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. Sales Reporting: 1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. 2. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior fitout or related industry. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. 4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Benefits: Salary : 35,000/- CTC (P.F, Medical Inclusive) Additional (Above CTC): Conveyance Expenses, Mobile Expenses. Professional development opportunities. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,286.75 per month
