Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You will prospect for new business, cold call prospective clients, assess Members" needs, and present suitable products, services, and solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Members to ensure repeat business is essential. Additionally, you will negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to Members. Analyzing sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Prospect for new business and cold call prospective clients - Assess Members" needs and present suitable products, services, and solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with Members - Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to Members - Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement Qualifications Required: - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills - Tenacity and perseverance in prospecting and closing deals - Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships - Consultative selling skills to understand Members" needs - Confident communicator with outstanding presentation abilities - Disciplined approach to setting and achieving sales targets - Active listening and questioning skills for needs assessment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional phone manner and networking abilities - In-depth product and industry knowledge - Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce - Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Social media, email, and internet proficiency Company Additional Details: The company offers a flexible schedule, provides food, and offers leave encashment and paid sick time as benefits.
