Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by prospecting for new business opportunities across your assigned territory. This will involve cold calling prospective clients to initiate sales, understanding Members" needs, and presenting suitable products, services, and solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Members will be crucial to ensure repeat business. You will negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service. Your skills should include a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, as well as tenacity and perseverance in prospecting and closing deals. You must have the ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships, possess consultative selling skills to understand Members" needs, and be a confident communicator with outstanding presentation abilities. A disciplined approach to setting and achieving sales targets, active listening and questioning skills for needs assessment, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additionally, you should have a professional phone manner, networking abilities, in-depth product and industry knowledge, proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, and expertise in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Social media, email, and internet proficiency are also required. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, provided food, leave encashment, and paid sick time. The compensation package includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work schedule is during day shifts and morning shifts, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.,
