Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Sangli. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs to offer tailored solutions. The role involves managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to develop and execute strategic sales plans. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and market research
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions
Proficiency in preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
