Key Responsibilities: Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media). Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and offer solutions that meet those needs. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with prospects to showcase how our products can solve their business challenges. Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and results to the sales manager. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in the CRM system. Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback to understand their needs and improve the products or services offered. Address customer concerns and provide post-sales support where needed. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer experience. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the companys overall revenue goals. Proficiency in Local and English
