Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Sector 48, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in lead generation and IT sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on IT sales and lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
