Job Description

Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer preferences and guide them towards suitable vehicle options.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, and technical specifications.
Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives.

Sales Process:

Conduct effective sales presentations, explaining pricing, financing, and trade-in options.
Negotiate terms and conditions to finalize sales agreements.

Prospecting and Lead Management:

Generate leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
Follow up on leads promptly and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide post-sales support.
