Role Overview:

We are seeking Business Development Associate to reach out to potential leads from cold data sources and schedule meetings with them for our internal team. The role requires effective communication, persistence in follow-ups, and a strong ability to introduce OneX services professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to cold leads from internal databases.
  • Introduce OneXs services and value proposition to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Schedule meetings or counseling calls for our sales and consulting teams.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and lead status updates.
  • Follow up with leads as per the communication journey until the meeting is confirmed.
  • Support WhatsApp or email follow-ups where necessary.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align on call scripts and target segments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales or business development associate. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
  • Comfortable making 6080 calls per day and handling basic objections.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with basic Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.

referred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B calling, appointment setting, or sales coordination is a plus.
  • Awareness of digital marketing or branding services is an added advantage.
