Sales Executive

You will be joining OOTBO, a cutting-edge event planning platform that aims to simplify household event planning by connecting hosts with trusted vendors. Your role as a Sales Executive will involve managing and cultivating relationships with both hosts and vendors to ensure successful event execution on the platform. Your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential vendors and hosts to explain the value proposition of OOTBO, facilitating onboarding processes, identifying and qualifying leads through various methods such as direct outreach and referrals, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a liaison between vendors and hosts for seamless event coordination, providing customer support via phone, email, and chat, and meeting monthly sales and engagement targets. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account management, preferably in the events, hospitality, or marketplaces industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and take a proactive approach. Comfort with using CRM tools and sales tracking software is also necessary.
