Head – Business Development

Role Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard
corporate clients, schools, and colleges
for events and programs.
Drive
sales for group bookings, parties, and customized packages
.
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with
key accounts
.
Propose
customized solutions
to maximize bookings and revenue.
Conduct
market research & competitor analysis
to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with
marketing and operations teams
to ensure seamless event execution.
Provide
sales reports and regular updates
to the Head – Business Development.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Must-Haves

Proven experience in
Family Entertainment Centres (FEC)
,
Hospitality
, or
Event Sales (B2B focus)
.
Strong
negotiation, networking, and relationship-building
skills.
Excellent
presentation, communication, and reporting
abilities.
Local to
Gurugram
and available
full-time
.
Strong knowledge of the
family entertainment / experiential leisure industry
(mandatory).
Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
