Job Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients, hospitals, wellness centers, and insurance companies for pathology services.
• Develop strategic partnerships with HR departments, corporate wellness programs, and healthcare service providers.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
• Pitch corporate health check-up packages, annual wellness programs, and diagnostic services.
• Ensure long-term contracts and bulk deals with corporate clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Generate leads and cold-call corporate clients to expand business.
• Develop customized corporate wellness solutions and diagnostic service plans.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic client acquisition.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and industry trends to maximize business growth.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, CEOs, and admin heads.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless service.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure timely payment collection and contract renewals from corporate clients.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.

Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and corporate healthcare trends.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports on corporate client acquisition.
• Analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate sales (preferably in pathology, diagnostics, healthcare, or insurance).
• Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, and key account management.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create and execute customized sales strategies for corporate clients.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and deal closures.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in client acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare and diagnostic services is an advantage.
