We are focused on delivering high-impact solutions that cater to residential and commercial clients. Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales and B2B/B2C lead conversion, and will be responsible for generating and managing new leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals across our verticals (solar, pest control, and design services). Key Responsibilities:·        Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals ·        Meet potential clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate services ·        Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations ·        Follow up with leads and convert them into customers ·        Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business ·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery ·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets ·        Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer details Requirements:·        1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, pest control, or service-based industries ·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills ·        Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ·        Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach ·        Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office ·        Fluent in English and Kannada (preferred) ·        Based in Bangalore or willing to travel locally for meetings Job Type:Full-Time Location:Bangalore (Field + Office-based) Salary:₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives (based on experience) How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to hr@psgindia.co.in or call us at 88844 42623.
