Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate with strong telesales expertise, preferably in the healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their health needs, and recommending suitable weight loss and lifestyle management plans.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into clients.
Effectively pitch BeatO’s weight loss and health management programs.
Understand customer health goals, challenge, and suggest appropriate plans.
Maintain high conversion rates while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights.

Skills & Experience:

2+ years of tele sales experience, preferably selling weight loss, healthcare, or wellness plans.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Familiarity with healthcare or wellness products/services is highly desirable.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
