Job Description:

Banerjee Nissan, a leading automobile dealership, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team at Durgapur and Asansol locations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in automobile sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and field activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.
• Explain vehicle features, finance options, and after-sales services to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to ensure smooth sales completion.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in automobile sales is mandatory.
• Education: Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automobiles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• Possession of a valid driving license preferred.
