Role Overview: Flat Curve Studio, a subsidiary of Memsahib Retail (OPC) Private Limited, is a lean and high-energy creative house specializing in end-to-end media production, premium content development, and strategic brand integration across the Entertainment industry. They are looking for a Sales Executive who will spearhead revenue growth by securing new business in the entertainment and brand partnership sectors. This role requires tenacity, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to command a room in high-level CEO meetings. Self-accountability is essential in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Execute high-volume cold calling, networking, and outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients, including brands, advertisers, and entertainment partners. - Own the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through proposal presentation, negotiation, and final deal closure. - Successfully secure and conduct high-level meetings to pitch Flat Curve Studio's capabilities for brand integration, content syndication, and creative solutions. - Meet and consistently exceed demanding monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Understand the unique creative assets and production capabilities of Flat Curve Studio to tailor custom solutions that meet specific brand and advertiser objectives. - Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling, data-backed proposals and presentations. - Stay updated on trends within the entertainment, content, and brand advertising landscape to identify new revenue opportunities. - Demonstrate extremely high self-accountability and manage time, pipeline, and resources effectively. - Integrate seamlessly into a small, fast-paced team, communicating sales projections and client needs clearly to ensure smooth execution by the production side.
