The company thrives on challenges and seeks self-starters who are ready to build relationships from the ground up. **Role Overview:** As a Sales Executive at Flat Curve Studio, your primary responsibility will be spearheading revenue growth by securing new business in the entertainment and brand partnership sectors. This high-stakes role demands tenacity, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to command a room - from making cold calls to closing deals in high-level CEO meetings. Self-accountability is non-negotiable. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Revenue Generation & Deal Pipeline:** - Execute high-volume cold calling, networking, and outreach strategies to engage potential clients. - Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Secure and conduct high-level meetings to pitch capabilities for brand integration and creative solutions. - Meet and exceed demanding monthly and quarterly sales targets. - **Brand Partnership & Strategy:** - Tailor custom solutions that meet specific brand objectives. - Develop compelling proposals and presentations to communicate value and ROI effectively. - Stay updated on trends within the entertainment and brand advertising landscape. - **Accountability & Teamwork:** - Demonstrate high self-accountability and manage time and resources effectively. - Integrate into a fast-paced team, communicating sales projections clearly. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in Entertainment, Media, Events, or Brand Advertising sectors. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language]. - Aggressive work ethic, rejection resilience, and a clear hunger for achieving sales targets. - Prior experience working directly with brands and advertisers. - Willingness to work strictly from the office in a small team environment.
