Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive-Bancassurance-HDFC located in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and managing relationships with bank branches, achieving sales targets, and promoting insurance products. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, product presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role also requires coordinating with the bank staff to drive business growth and keep them informed about new products and services.

• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and market trends
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in bancassurance or a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
