The role offers both a full-time salaried position and an alternative commission-based freelance model for those seeking flexible engagement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property visits with prospective buyers based on their preferences. Understand client needs and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties. Follow up on leads and inquiries provided by the company. Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business. Handle negotiations and assist in the closing of property transactions. Keep accurate records of visits, leads, and client interactions. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 0–2 years (real estate or field sales preferred, not mandatory). Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills are welcome. Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for field visits. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
