Presales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales, leasing, and client relationship activities for industrial and residential properties. This role involves market research, client interaction, documentation, and deal closure. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop relationships with potential clients for industrial and residential properties. Conduct site visits, property inspections, and walkthroughs with clients. Negotiate terms and finalize deals for sales and leases. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation (agreements, proposals, reports). Collaborate with marketing teams for property promotions and lead generation. Monitor local real estate trends and provide market intelligence to management. Ensure legal compliance and assist in documentation and registration processes. Maintain and update CRM and client interaction logs.
